When it arrives, simply take it to the bedroom, unroll it, remove the protective plastic, and watch it regain its original shape in just a few moments.
Then you'll need to fill it correctly with water according to the instructions, and it will be ready to use!

Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.
You will be able to follow your mattress's journey step by step all the way to your home.

No problem! Our courier will leave a calling card and automatically attempt a new delivery on the next working day.
You can also reschedule the delivery using the tracking link, based on your availability.

We currently do not offer a take-back service for used items upon delivery.
We recommend contacting your local waste disposal service: most offer free home collection for bulky waste.

No, you don't need to! Thanks to our smart box packaging, transporting the Luna mattress in a lift or up the stairs is much simpler than with a traditional non-vacuum-packed mattress!

If you realise you've made a mistake (e.g. in choosing the size or delivery address), please write to us immediately.
If the order has not yet been processed by the warehouse, we will do our best to modify or cancel it. If it is already on its way, don't worry: you can still take advantage of our trial period and free returns!

We offer free shipping throughout Italy, including the islands.
Please note that for deliveries to the major islands, minor islands, or particularly hard-to-reach areas, the journey of your Luna might take 1 or 2 business days longer than our standard delivery times.
