Our in-stock products are generally delivered within 2-8 business days of placing your order.
Package Size and Weight
Luna mattress boxes are the size of a mini-fridge:
Height: 100 to 170 cm
Width: 40 cm per side (depending on the model)
The weight can be up to 20 kg.

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you an email with the tracking code for each item purchased.

Preparing your order takes 1-3 business days.

Sometimes, due to variations in product availability, the website may show "ships by [date]".
This means that the product will be shipped by that date, at the latest, so it may arrive even sooner.

After placing your order
Once your order has been placed, our warehouse will prepare it for shipment.
You will receive an order confirmation with a link to schedule delivery.
Shipment preparation
The mattress will be shipped via our partner couriers. You will receive an update when the package is on its way to you.
The day before delivery
You will receive a message (SMS or email) to confirm a 4-hour time slot during which the couriers can come to your home.
Important: Answer the call and confirm the delivery.
On the day of delivery
The couriers will arrive within the confirmed time slot.
Once the package has been delivered:
1. Open the vacuum seal to remove the waterbed mattress.
2. Place the mattress on the bed frame.
3. Unfold the mattress and the filling cap.
4. Fill the mattress with water using a jug.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, all Luna products are shipped via GLS Standard Shipping, which usually takes 2 to 8 business days.
No, for logistical/distribution reasons, delivery with GLS only takes place on working days from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
As GLS is an external courier, we cannot 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date: occasionally, adverse weather conditions or operational delays may extend delivery by a day or two. Furthermore, it is not possible to schedule a specific delivery date via GLS.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number(s) you can use to follow the status of your shipment. We recommend that you keep an eye on your order's tracking number(s) to view the estimated delivery date as soon as it is available.
No, it will be impossible to put the mattress back in its original packaging after removing it from the vacuum seal!
