Returns are free and easy
How does the return work?
The trial period begins upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your mattress, please email us within 60 days. Once we are contacted, we will immediately send you a detailed guide via email and arrange for pickup by a courier who will collect the package directly from your home. After receiving the product and verifying its integrity, you will receive a refund within 14 business days.
Other return policies
To initiate a return, please send an email to lunawaterbed@gmail.com stating your order number. We will send you detailed instructions for emptying the mattress and the documents to print for the courier.
The product must be returned clean, emptied, and placed in its original (or equivalent) packaging.
Once the mattress has been "emptied", we will schedule the home collection.
After receiving the product and verifying its integrity, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (including Klarna) within 14 working days.
If you experience a technical problem within 60 days, contact us immediately.
We will send you a replacement part by express courier at no cost, so you can continue to enjoy your trial period without interruption.
