We distinguish between the Legal Guarantee of Conformity (mandatory by law) and our "60 Nights" Conventional Guarantee (offered as an extra service).

1. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

(24 Months)Pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, all products (single, double mattresses, and pillows) are covered by a 2-year Legal Guarantee.

• Who it applies to: Exclusively to the "Consumer" (a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial activity). If you purchase with a VAT number, the guarantee is 12 months in accordance with the Civil Code.

• What it covers: Any "defect of conformity" existing at the time of delivery, meaning if the product is not fit for its intended use or does not correspond to the description. Example: Defects in vinyl seams, faulty valves, or compromised pillow stitching.

• Your rights: In case of a defect, you have the right to have the conformity restored through free repair or replacement. If these remedies are impossible or excessively burdensome, you may request a price reduction or termination of the contract (refund).

• Terms: The defect must become apparent within 24 months of delivery. Note: Since 2022, for the first 12 months, proof of defect is facilitated for the consumer.

2. Conventional Guarantee "60-Night Trial"

In addition to legal rights, we offer an additional commercial guarantee specifically for our water mattresses.www.legalq.nl

• Subject: Valid only for mattresses (single and double). Pillows are excluded for hygienic reasons.

• Period: You can test the mattress for 60 days. To allow your body to adapt correctly, we ask that you use it for at least 30 nights before requesting a return.

• Conditions: The mattress must be returned intact, clean, and free from accidental damage (cuts, non-factory holes, stains).

Exclusions and Forfeiture - The guarantee (both legal and commercial) does not apply if the defect is caused by:

• Improper use: Failure to use specific maintenance products (e.g., conditioner for water) that preserve the elasticity of the vinyl.

• Accidental damage: Punctures caused by sharp objects, pets, or negligence during assembly.

• Unsuitable supports: Use of the mattress on frames or bases not certified for water systems.

• Normal wear and tear: Slight changes in the softness of the materials or pilling on the cover fabrics.

Assistance Procedure - To activate the warranty or the 60-night trial, follow these steps:

• Send a communication to lunawaterbed@gmail.com with the subject "Warranty Request - Order #[Number]".

• Attach photos or videos that clearly show the reported defect.

• Always keep your purchase receipt or invoice.
