From the day you receive it, you have 60 nights to sleep on it, relax, and test it in your own environment. If, within this period, you decide it's not for you, simply let us know here: we will arrange the pickup and refund the full amount. No stress and no endless forms to fill out.
Yes, we ask that you try the Luna mattress for at least 30 nights.
Your body needs some time to adjust to a new level of support, especially if you have been sleeping on a different mattress for many years.
Give it a few weeks: true comfort requires some adjustment!

Absolutely not! We know that putting the vacuum-packed mattress back into its original box is literally impossible (we've tried!).
You can safely recycle the cardboard box and plastic as soon as you open your Luna.
It's very simple. If, after the adaptation period (30 nights), you decide that Luna is not the right mattress for you, send us an email here with your order number.
Our customer service team will arrange for free pickup directly from your home, agreeing on the most convenient day for you.
Once the mattress has been collected by our pickup partner, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The full amount will be automatically credited back to the same payment method you used at the time of purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
We never resell a used mattress, even if it has only been slept on for one night.
Returned mattresses that are in good condition are donated to local charities and associations to help those most in need.
If they are not suitable for donation, they are responsibly disposed of and recycled.
Of course! If, while assembling the bed, you realize you've ordered the wrong size, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the collection of the current mattress and send you a new one with the correct dimensions.
We will simply charge or refund you any price difference between the two sizes.
